Here I am, Lord; send me! Ecuador 2009
Chris and Kristin McWeeny (www.wmpl.org)

Join us November 1st, immediately following worship, to hear from Spirit of Christ missionaries, Chris and Kristin McWeeny.  They’ll be here to give us an update on their service in Cuenca, Ecuador (Elevation 8,000 ft).  What’s more, they’ll issue an invitation for you to join a team from Spirit of Christ to go Ecuador in June 2010!  We’ll learn from our brothers and sisters in Christ at Cristo Vive Lutheran Church, mutually serve the community around Cuenca, and deeply listen for God’s voice in the Word and service.  Don’t miss this exciting morning with the McWeeny’s.

Let it snow?

The Twins lost, the snow is falling, but we’re heating up here at Spirit of Christ!

Take a look at our calendar for an incredible list of events this week.  Bible studies, prayer shawl knitting group, men’s group gathering at Park Tavern, Confirmation retreat to Camp Wapo in Amery, WI.  What a busy week!

Don’t miss this coming Sunday as we welcome Ellie Roscher, author of the new book, How Coffee Saved My Life. She’ll be speaking at our adult forum immediately following worship.
